We all know that Apple keeps a tight lid on its store openings and product launches.
Their policy of secrecy creates a buzz, keeps us wondering and it increases the suspense. We are never disappointed.
Here we go again : An informed source told AFP (French Press Agency) that Apple Inc. is to open its first store in France on November 7th in the shopping center Carousel du Louvre next to the Louvre in Paris. Of course the company declined to confirm this report when contacted by AFP.
Earlier this week, the site Macgeneration wrote that the store will open on november 24th because the mall is scheduled to be closed for a private party. They suspect that the private party will be the grand opening of the First French Apple Store.
Closing a mall when you are opening a new store does not seem to be the right move.
